If, after the first draft approval, ABSTRONIX is unable to deliver the project according to the agreed timeline or agreed scope of work, and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, the client may request a refund, which will be reviewed according to our policy.
After Final Delivery
Once:
The project is completed,
The client has approved the work,
The final files have been delivered,
the project is considered successfully fulfilled.
Therefore,
No refunds will be issued after final delivery of the approved project.

Clients should carefully review drafts and provide all necessary feedback before granting final approval to ensure the final deliverables meet their expectations.
